creating space for the infinite…

What does it mean to create space in your life?

How often do we create the space to allow connection to all that is around us?

Allow yourself the space to slow down and see what is right in front of you.

Create space to simply “be” and clarity emerges for you to see. -Gabriella Goddard

What do you see when you walk into the forest and are looking at a tree?  Do you look at it to identify what species it is with your mind?

 Maybe you could try this:

Allow yourself the space to fully observe and connect with the tree, taking everything in, in its entirety.

The angles of the branches and the way that the limbs grow, move and interact.

The way that the leaves are growing out of the branches, the shapes of the leaves and how dense the foliage is.  The way that they move when the wind blows through them.  Do they bounce, do they all flow in unison together and do they move erratically or delicately dance.

Is there a sound when the wind dances through the leaves.  How does the sun land on the trees and leaves.  Does it change the way that they look.  What shades of green are the leaves.  Are the colours of the leaves different between the age of the leaves and the sizes of them.

Is there a scent that the leaves have and is there a scent to the bark on the tree.  Are there flowers or seed pods on the tree.

What is the bark like on the tree itself?  What colour is it and is it smooth or coarse.

Are there any life forms on the tree?  Insects, fungi, moss or lichen. Are the roots exposed or are they buried deep in the ground.

Are there sister trees close by that they may be communicating with.

Now close your eyes and connect with the tree fully, realising its full potential and beauty.

Allow your heart to be filled with gratefulness for the beauty and connection to this amazing tree, full of life and abundance.   Creating so much for us, shade, oxygen, beauty, food and so much more.

How often do we create the space to do this simple yet powerful connection.

We are consciousness, every living thing is a part of consciousness, yet how often do we stop and give gratitude and allow the space for all of this to unfold for us.

It is the same with our loved ones – our partners. Do we fill our lives with busyness, not allowing the space for gratitude and connection.

This is one of the most important aspects of our lives.  Is it at the top or the bottom of our priority list.

When things don’t seem right Space is required.  Space is required to investigate what is going on and to reconnect with the consciousness of all that is.

How much Space do you create in your life to witness the infinite that surrounds you?
