about Tracey
healing ∘ journey ∘ connection
This goes beyond words and is an individual journey back ‘home’.
My journey training as a guide deepened my connection to nature even more than I could possibly have imagined.
Hello, I’m Tracey & I began my journey back into my self, into coming home, and re-discovering my connection with nature after a life crisis, and spending 8-months immersed in nature.
What I learnt during that time was that I was not separate from all that is.
Gradually by chipping away at my life’s condition I became more and more ‘myself’ and the more I did this, the stronger my connection became and the more heightened my senses became.
If I can feel this healing connection through this practice, then I know that it is also possible for other people to experience the same thing.
Nature is there waiting for us, supporting us to heal in a way that is specific to each one of us.
“Tracey is the embodiment of this lived experience – in tune with and respectful of each of the settings we experienced. A thoughtful guide and facilitator. Thank you”.

I am a qualified guide with the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy Guides (ANFT).
What does it mean to be a qualified Nature Therapist Guide and what is my training and why do I need a guide?
As a guide I “hold space” for all participants to enable them to “let go” allowing them to have a deeper experience and connection to nature. It allows the participants freedom to follow their curiosities without having to worry about time or safety.
I offer simple sensory opening invitations which the participant performs in their own way which is perfect for them. I am simply the guide, you and nature work together to create your own connection and healing.
As in yoga and meditation having a guide to direct one in gentle ways allows one to let go of all thought and be fully immersed in the process.
This may seem uncomfortable for people who are used to a fast busy lifestyle, who are used to being time and project orientated. Sometimes feelings of I am wasting my time may arise. You can read more about my training HERE.
