Guided Nature Therapy & Photography Walk
Do you love taking photos of nature? This is a Guided Nature Therapy walk integrated with photography for part of the walk. Your own camera and knowledge of how to use your camera is necessary. This is a time move into silence and loose yourself in the world of nature that surrounds you.
This is an easy walk at Chillingham with interactions along the Rouse River and some ancient black bean trees.
I would love you to join me as we move through a grounding meditation, followed by a Nature Therapy walk including enjoying a traditional tea ceremony & snacks. During the walk you will be gently guided using invitations to use your camera in a way that you can capture specific details of your surroundings bringing you to a deeper connection to where you are and what you see.
No phones, no pressure, nothing but time to slow down, de-stress and re-connect with nature and your surroundings supporting you to tap into your creative self.
”A moment without thought, and the background noise ceases, and I can suddenly hear, the silence between sound, from which all sounds emerge, like waves from the sea”. Excerpt from Steve Taylor
knowledge of your camera use and not a mobile phone is preferable…
