I would love you to join myself and Yazmeen on a 2 1/2 hour guided Nature Therapy Walk located on a Private Property at Natural Bridge located close to the NSW/QLD border.

This walk is specifically designed to support Parents and Children to re-connect with nature in a fun and supportive environment. Yazmeen is qualified in Child Education who will take the children for the first half. While I support the Parents on their own Guided Nature Therapy journey.

For the second half of the session we combine the parents and children to interact together with specific “games” to support a re-connection to not only nature but each other.

No phones, no pressure, nothing but time to slow down, de-stress and re-connect with nature, your surroundings and your children.

This is a beautiful environment where we will be surrounded by unspoiled rainforest and wet weather creek beds including native Bunya and Hoop Pine trees.

Natural Bridge is a lovely location with lots of wonderful nature surrounds to connect with and to bring you to a place of stillness in a pleasant environment. This location is also close to the Natural Arch which is the western part of Springbrook National Park, part of the Gondwana Rainforests of Australian World Heritage Area.

This is a silent guided Nature Therapy Walk (adults) with group gatherings after each invitation for sharing of experiences. the children will be connecting with nature in their own unique ways with yazmeen. Followed by a picnic altogether (due to allergies etc with children please byo drink and snacks).

Cost $50 (includes 1 adult & 1 child) - Add $25 per extra child.

Children’s age advised 7-12 years old.
