Guided Nature Therapy & Photography Walk
Do you love taking photos of nature? This is a Guided Nature Therapy walk integrated with photography for part of the walk. Your own camera and knowledge of how to use your camera is necessary. This is a time move into silence and loose yourself in the world of nature that surrounds you.
I would love you to join me as we move through a grounding meditation, followed by a Nature Therapy walk through lush Rainforest including enjoying a traditional tea ceremony & snacks. During the walk you will be gently guided using invitations to use your camera in a way that you can capture specific details of your surroundings bringing you to a deeper connection to where you are and what you see.
No phones, no pressure, nothing but time to slow down, de-stress and re-connect with nature and your surroundings supporting you to tap into your creative self.

This walk is for people who are capable of walking on uneven terrains. and walking in creek beds. knowledge of your camera use and not a mobile phone is preferable…
This is located on Private Property at Natural Bridge which is a lovely location with lots of wonderful nature surrounds to connect with and to bring you to a place of stillness. This location is also close to the Natural Arch which is the western part of Springbrook National Park, part of the Gondwana Rainforests of Australian World Heritage Area.
This is a silent guided Nature Therapy Walk with group gatherings after each invitation for sharing of experiences. Followed by a tea ceremony with snacks.
