Virtual forest bathing

  • Virtual Guided Forest Bathing Australia (map)

We may be keeping our distance and be isolated right now but nature is all around us, offering us its beauty, support and gently reminding us that everything and everyone is connected…

Come and join my fellow forest guide and friend Rachel and myself for a Virtual Forest Bathing Session. You can join us from wherever you are. Nature and all that surrounds us is still there, even if we are not together in person. It was a pleasant surprise at how wonderful and grateful this made both Rachel and myself feel when we did this last time.

We will introduce ourselves to the place, each other and take some time to play and explore in nature together and close our time together by sharing a cup of tea in a tea ceremony.

it is hard to stay happy, positive and in the present moment right now with all that is being thrown at us. but the quiet calmness of nature and connecting with it seems to relieve our mental stress and put things back into perspective and leave us with a deep knowing and trust that all is okay.

Even viewing nature through a window or sitting with a plant if you are unable to leave the house will be enough to join us…Inside, on a balcony or in your yard.

you will need:

  • a fully charged phone, or device.

  • be in a place with reception and have data.

  • to be comfortable and warm

  • have access to zoom (the link is available upon booking). also note that you can phone in if it is too hard to use zoom

  • sit mat or something comfortable to sit on

  • thermos of tea and snacks for tea ceremony

We look forward to sharing moments of connections in nature together with you. We are offering this event by donation. We welcome you to sit with the value of this offering and donate an amount that feels right for you.
