Join Tracey (Three Little Birds) and Ruth (Heart to Heart Collective) as we move through a grounding meditation, followed by a Nature Therapy walk through lush Rainforest including enjoying a traditional tea ceremony & snacks. Then finally close your eyes and get comfortable with a nourishing sound healing.
