Come and join me on a three hour guided Nature Therapy Walk in the lovely location of Natural Bridge located close to the NSW/QLD border on Private Property consisting of 164 acres of lush rainforest, natural bushland and creek beds.

No phones, no pressure, nothing but time to slow down, de-stress and re-connect with nature and your surroundings.

This is a beautiful environment where we will be surrounded by unspoiled rainforest and wet weather creek beds including native Bunya and Hoop pine trees.

This walk is for people who are capable of walking on uneven terrains. and walking in creek beds.

Natural Bridge is a lovely location with lots of wonderful nature surrounds to connect with to bring you to a place of stillness in a pleasant environment. This location is also close to the Natural Arch which is the western part of Springbrook National Park, part of the Gondwana Rainforests of Australian World Heritage Area.

This is a silent guided Nature Therapy Walk with group gatherings after each invitation for sharing of experiences. Followed by a tea ceremony with snacks.

There may be time afterwards to stay on and experience a Labyrinth walk, built here on the property.
